Job Description
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and focus on the experience design of SHOPLINE's international SAAS e-commerce platform and open ecosystem. In this role, you will continuously explore and enhance the user experience for merchants and partners across different countries and regions.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the experience design for SHOPLINE's cross-border and European/American e-commerce ecosystem business lines, elevating the overall experience for partners, merchants, and customers in various regions.
2. Understand the business objectives and target users, conduct user research, and develop design strategies.
3. Deliver high-quality output using effective design methods at every stage, facilitating understanding, consensus, and decision-making within project teams.
4. Provide innovative design solutions for enterprise services and application scenarios on the platform, establishing design standards and guidelines for platform products.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in product design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
2. 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on designing complex B2B internet businesses and a track record of successful case studies. Ability to independently handle major design projects for 2-3 business lines.
3. Strong collaboration skills across disciplines and roles, ability to handle pressure and communicate effectively. Possess systematic thinking and a good understanding of quantifying user experience and tracking data.
4. Ability to quickly and accurately identify experience issues in complex business scenarios, and drive effective problem-solving.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluent English speakers are preferred.
6. Experience in cloud platforms, developer ecosystems, or partner ecosystem product experience design is a plus.
