Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and ambitious Employer Branding Intern to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. As an Undergraduate Trainee - Employer Branding, you will be responsible for planning and executing our employer branding strategy in Sri Lanka. The impact you create will help bring the support required for the talent acquisition team to recruit the best talent in the Sri Lankan talent market.
- Owning the employer branding strategy initiatives
- Planning the specific initiatives falling under employer branding strategy with precision and detail
- Representing IFS at external events and creating awareness
- Delivering brand awareness campaigns including digital marketing campaigns
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to bring employer branding strategy to life
- Implementing processes that ensure the creative and administrative workflows run smoothly
- Analyzing the performance and ROI of the initiatives that are carried out
- Being an undergraduate in Marketing, HR, Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to work fulltime for a period of six months with the possibility of extending it to one year
- Ability to own and take pride in their role and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical and analytical thinking ability
