We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to support the delivery of a large-scale regional banking project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly and visually consistent design solutions.
This is a hands-on role focused on executing high-quality design work across platforms, while contributing to team discussions, regional alignment, and quality assurance. You will also support design documentation, handoffs, and iterative improvement of deliverables based on feedback.

Requirements
Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define product requirements and UX objectives.
- Participate in discovery workshops, translating business and user needs into actionable design goals.
- Communicate design intent clearly during reviews and handoffs.
- Translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Utilize and contribute to existing Design Language Systems (DLS) to ensure UI consistency and scalability.
- Conduct quality checks on UI work and ensure adherence to design acceptance criteria.
- Conduct QA and refinement cycles to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (devs, PMs, POs)
- Ensure proper handoff of designs, documentation, and assets to developers.
- Actively engage in planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align on timelines and technical considerations.
Applicants must submit a strong portfolio showcasing:
- End-to-end UX/UI case studies with clear articulation of your role and thinking.
- Examples of work involving enterprise platforms or fintech solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong experience in the financial services or banking domain.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam,
- Experienced in building and managing responsive Design Language Systems (DLS).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
- Strategic thinking with a user-first mindset.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to zoom out and see the big picture.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing user, business, and tech needs.
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving.
