We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex digital transformation projects. You will play a critical role in shaping user experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and aligned with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and design handoff.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to understand user needs and business goals.
- Develop and advocate for user-centred design principles across projects.
- Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user testing and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior designers to uplift overall team capability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions built on platforms like OutSystems and ServiceNow.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in consulting, technology services, or digital product environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including research, strategy, visual design, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with solid understanding of responsive and accessible design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to balance design innovation with practical constraints of enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience working with stakeholders and developers.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
