SimplifyNext is a fast-growing consulting and technology firm founded by veterans from top-tier consulting companies, focused on AI, Automation, and Application Platforms. Our mission is to drive business transformation across industries by combining strategic insight with deep technical expertise.

We work with leading enterprises and public sector organisations across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region to design, build, and operate scalable digital and automation platforms — delivering impactful transformations for global and local organisations alike.

Built as an agile practice, we mentor and grow the next generation of consulting and technology experts. We invest heavily in structured training and enablement programmes that help our teams expand across Intelligent Automation, Test Automation, AI-powered workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.

Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore and Asia Pacific, SimplifyNext is positioned as one of the most credible and ambitious digital transformation teams in the region.

We are looking for a proactive, user-centred UI/UX Designer to join our Professional Services team and lead the design of intuitive, scalable experiences across enterprise platforms, digital products and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll work with consulting teams, strategists, technologists and clients to bring large-scale transformation ideas into polished, usable realities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design: from discovery workshops and user research, through wire-framing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, to design hand-off and developer collaboration.
  • Facilitate and lead stakeholder workshops (clients + internal teams) to understand user needs, business goals, platform constraints and future-state workflows.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides and interaction libraries that support multiple solutions (web, mobile, portal, AI assistant interfaces).
  • Design with a systems mindset: ensure UI/UX aligns with enterprise platforms (e.g., OutSystems, ServiceNow, Power Platform), complex data flows, integrations and multi-step user journeys.
  • Integrate emerging interfaces: envision experiences that incorporate conversational agents, generative AI assistants, dashboard intelligence and automation triggers.
  • Conduct usability testing, heuristic reviews and user-feedback sessions. Translate findings into actionable design improvements and measure impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (consulting, technology, delivery, QA) to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented and outcomes meet both user and business metrics.
  • Mentor and support junior designers and design-ops contributors: uplift the design capability of the broader team and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in consulting, digital product or enterprise services contexts.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing full-lifecycle design work: research, strategy, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, design system or component library contributions.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and/or Adobe Creative Suite; solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) and enterprise UI patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing (qualitative and quantitative insights).
  • Comfort working with enterprise platforms, integration-rich environments and technology-driven constraints (data-heavy dashboards, partner ecosystems, automation flows).
  • Excellent communicator: able to translate design rationale to stakeholders (business + tech) and collaborate with developers to ensure delivery fidelity.
  • A curious, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills - comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving scope and emerging technologies (chatbots, AI assistants, automation).

Why Join Us

  • Be at the forefront of large-scale digital transformation initiatives across industries in Southeast Asia - see your work drive real business impact.
  • Join a modern consultancy that values creativity, learning and career growth: we invest in training, certifications, and from RPA to agentic AI you’ll have exposure to fast-moving, high-impact projects.
  • Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking culture where designers are strategic partners in shaping solutions, not just UI implementers.
  • Enjoy flexibility, autonomy and opportunity to work across diverse industries and technologies, with mentoring and leadership pathways for those who aspire (e.g., lead designer, design-lead in practice).

At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology. If you’re excited by the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and shape the future of digital transformation across the region, we’d be happy to hear from you.
