• 8–12+ years of UAT/Test Management experience
• Define UAT approach, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria
• Escalate issues to project governance forums
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and audit requirements, good understanding of Banking SDM process will be a big plus
• Experience managing very large-scale enterprise UAT programs
• Strong risk management and escalation handling capability

- Engage business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) for test execution

- Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
- Ensure critical issues are resolved before go-live

- Track metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass rates

- Experience managing very large-scale enterprise UAT programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong risk management and escalation handling capability
