- Execute instructions for opening and maintaining bank accounts.
- Prepare subscription and redemption requests for investments.
- Update and maintain financial transaction databases.
- Dispatch introductory packages to trust parties.
- Draft letters for credit requests and terminations.
- Report stakeholder status updates for activities.
- Coordinate with US team for fiduciary tasks.
- Analyze data for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Facilitate communication with trust parties.
- Support team in achieving operational goals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
- Communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
- Organize tasks efficiently and manage time.
- Analyze financial data accurately.
- Understand legal and tax concepts.
