About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Treasury & Liquidity Operations Specialist who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of our Liquidity team which is committed to enhancing orderbook liquidity and treasury efficiency, effectively managing market and credit risks in alignment with the firm's core values and risk tolerances. This role involves managing daily treasury functions, optimizing liquidity, and improving operational efficiencies. What you’ll be working on:
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize liquidity strategies.
- Monitor and enhance liquidity on the platform to ensure a seamless trading experience.
- Work with the listing team to implement frameworks ensuring new listings meet liquidity requirements.
- Define requirements for and prioritize the development of liquidity monitoring and analytics tools.
- Coordinate with external MMs and internal teams to establish SOPs and SLAs for rebalance execution and user withdrawal facilitation.
- Develop and maintain treasury reporting dashboards to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Identify and define liquidity risk, market risk, and credit risk metrics, and develop mitigation strategies.

About you:
- 1-3 years of experience in treasury operations, liquidity management, or a related field in crypto or traditional finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Experience in working with market makers, trading desks, or exchange liquidity programs.
- Knowledge of risk management principles, including liquidity, market, and credit risk.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools for reporting and analytics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and external partners.
- Experience in defining MM tiers, quoting requirements, and associated benefits is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in managing liquidity for new listings on an exchange is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools for reporting and analytics is preferable.
