ABOUT THE POSITION

As Virtuos scales its agentic AI platform across our global studios, we need strong transformation leaders to drive adoption on the ground. This role owns change management for APAC, working hand in hand with our AI builders, AI Champions, and studio leadership to ensure that AI tools and agents deliver measurable impact across studios.

Responsibilities
  • Own change management and adoption of AI tools across our APAC studios
  • Be the voice of the user back to the central product and engineering teams
  • Run enablement, training, and onboarding programs for studio teams
  • Identify and address resistance; turn detractors into advocates
  • Enable and amplify the AI Champion network in your region
Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years in transformation, change management, or management consulting, with hands-on experience driving adoption in complex organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across studios in the region
  • Bonus: technical background (engineering, data, or ML); experience in gaming or creative industries
