Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Training Manager

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 24 months

As a Training Manager, you will need to:

• Possess Great Attitude to bring the best out our team.
• Be a Team Player.
• Be Autonomous and self-driven.
• Take ownership.
• More than 5 years of hands-on/direct experience as a Training Manager

What are we looking for?

As a Training Manager, you need to:

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Training Manager and in organising courses for IT related roles.
• Handle multiple teams.
• Be familiar with training vendor management.
• Organise training materials.
• Have experience using any Learning Management System.
