Facilitate workshops, onboarding, service excellence training, compliance programs, and in-store coaching for frontline and corporate employees. Manage learning portals, training records, financial documentation, L&D SOP improvements, HR reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with operations and corporate stakeholders while supporting broader HR and general affairs projects.

We are looking for a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to join our HR team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be the "face" of training for our frontline teams. You will spend approximately 40% of your time facilitating engaging workshops and providing in-store coaching, while dedicated 60% to the essential administrative and analytical reporting that keeps our 19 stores operating at excellence.
- Drive Holistic Onboarding: Coordinate and execute the onboarding journey for retail frontline staff and corporate executive-level new hires. You will partner with Operations Management to ensure the "Buddy System" is effectively implemented at the store level for seamless integration.
- Facilitation & Brand Excellence: Deliver engaging Service Excellence workshops and review corporate grooming standards with new hires to ensure our team consistently represents our premium brand.
- Manage Specialized Learning Portals: Serve as the primary point of contact for airport-specific training, including QSM registrations, the One Changi Learning portal, and managing Extra Miles Award matters for operations.
- Coordinate Mandatory Compliance: Oversee mandatory training sessions, including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance, ensuring all employees meet essential regulatory and industry requirements.
- In-Store Coaching: Regularly visit stores across Changi Airport terminals to provide real-time, constructive feedback on service standards and operational behaviors.
- L&D Operations & Process Improvement: Review and refine Learning & Development SOPs and processes for continuous improvement. You will also manage training-related financial administration, including Expenditure Proposals (EP) and payment requisitions to external providers.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly HR reports for the L&D function, ensuring training effectiveness and participation are accurately tracked.
- Shape Company Culture: Review, propose, and execute Employee Engagement programs and activities that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with broader HR initiatives and general affairs projects as assigned by management.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
- Demonstrated training and facilitation experience: Proven ability to lead workshops and engage diverse adult learners, ideally within a retail, F&B, or high-touch service environment.
- Strong Administrative & Reporting Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the discipline to manage meticulous training records and financial documentation.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to review processes/SOPs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English to effectively partner with operations management and corporate stakeholders.
- Analytical and details oriented
- This role is primarily based in our Tmapines HQ Office with ad-hoc visit to our Airport office and 19 stores across the 4 terminals to delivery trainings, coordinate brands trainings and coaching.
Preferred/Bonus Requirements:
- Experience within Travel Retail or a high-volume airport ecosystem.
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) or WSG training grant applications.
- Prior experience managing employee engagement activities or corporate onboarding.
