Job Title: Trading Strategist/Market Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Trading Strategist/Market Analyst with a strong background in risk management. This role involves developing and implementing trading strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing financial risks to optimize returns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial markets, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of risk management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize returns while managing financial risks
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, making adjustments as needed
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with trading activities
  • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect assets
  • Generate detailed reports and insights on market movements, trading activities, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with the trading team to provide real-time analysis and support trading decisions
  • Stay updated with financial news, market events, and regulatory changes that may impact trading strategies and risk management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trading, financial analysis, or market research
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Python)
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis
  • Knowledge of financial risk management principles and techniques
  • Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
  • Familiarity with various trading platforms and software
