What we do:

The Trading Team works with Account Management and Business Development to provide strategic recommendations to retain clients and grow their business. The main responsibilities of a Trading Specialist are to provide detailed performance and pacing recommendations and be a platform expert who can not only teach the nuances to clients but can actively navigate and utilize the platform themselves. Trading Specialists should eventually be viewed as a consultants to clients who are aiming to drive the strongest performance possible.

What you'll do:

  • Bridges the gap between TTD’s technical capabilities and client’s business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing technical support, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for value addition
  • Work closely with both Account Managers and Business Development team to identify opportunity for account growth
  • Utilize data analysis skill to generate actionable insights to help drive advertiser performance and client retention rate
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the Trade Desk’s product suite, including features, functionalities, and limitations, conduct in-depth platform training workshop to agency clients
  • Provide feedback to Product Management, Data Partnership and Inventory team to drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform solutions

Who you are: 

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently on daily tasks, while also thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and derive actionable insights from large data sets, presenting these insights effectively to clients
  • Proven experience in consultative, client-facing work within media, ad tech, or digital marketing, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate complex topics clearly
  • Experience working with media agencies, with an understanding of the digital advertising landscape Southeast Asia , including Thailand 
  • Prior trading experience in campaign management, troubleshooting, performance delivery, and the use of DSP platforms like TTD preferred
  • Excellent time management skills, adept at prioritizing client requests alongside long-term project goals
  • Proficiency in Thai language is preferred 
  • Willingness to travel as required
