AlphaGrep is a quantitative trading and investment firm founded in 2010. We are one of the largest firms by trading volume on Indian exchanges and have significant market share on several large global exchanges as well. We use a disciplined and systematic quantitative approach to identify factors that consistently generate alpha. These factors are then coupled with our proprietary ultra-low latency trading systems and robust risk management to develop trading strategies across asset classes (equities, commodities, currencies, fixed income) that trade on global exchanges.

We are seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to support our high-volume trading operations. This hands-on role involves daily reconciliations, process improvements, discrepancy resolution, and trader support in a fast-paced quant environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily account balances across multiple trading venues
  • Execute operational processes efficiently and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve ad-hoc discrepancies promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and ensure seamless operations
  • Provide operational support to senior traders and trading desk

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizens and PRs only (no visa sponsorship available)
  • 0-2 years of full-time work experience
  • Diploma/Degree in quantitative/technical field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and trustworthy (handles sensitive financial data)
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel; basic Python a plus
  • Curious, eager to learn AI tools

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship experience in finance or technology
  • Interest in using AI to develop internal tools (dashboards, automation)
