Are you ready to be part of trade finance operations team? Join our Trade and Working Capital Operations team as a Trade Finance Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and supporting trade finance products. As an Analyst within the Trade Operations team, you will support and manage day-to-day operations for trade finance products. You will ensure accurate and timely internal and external reporting. You will collaborate closely with various teams including customer service, product partners, relationship managers, trade sales and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
Job responsibilities:

  • Manage pre- and post-processing of all trade transactions, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within established timelines.
  • Monitor exceptions and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for various internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Perform daily general ledger reconciliation, daily governance, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly regulatory reports.
  • Identify and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to system development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with peers to foster synergy within the Trade Operations team.
  • Assist in developing and updating PowerPoint presentations to enhance clarity and impact.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong ability to create and deliver effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards for both individual and team tasks.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Familiarity with trade finance or a related industry, with a solid technical understanding.
