This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking new graduate/master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz!
The position will be based in Milan, where you will have the chance to work with the Finance team as Trade Investment Intern.

As a Trade Investment Intern, you will participate to our Young Talent Program taking ownership of projects and working closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. You change the game! Are you up for the challenge?
In brief, the Trade Investment team is responsible and accountable for:

  • Accrual management: Make sure the Balance sheet accruals are sufficient, and the P&L is showing the correct costs. Provide insights in all investments, e.g. potential over or under accruals.
  • Trade Investment invoice management: Customer invoices should be approved, validated & reconciled against the correct accruals. Incorrect invoices should be highly visible, and the cash needs to be recovered
  • Pricing management: Make sure all customer agreements are reflected in our system and invoice our customers with the correct prices.
  • Pricing dispute management: Increase the invoice accuracy by understanding and solving root causes, adding controls and changing processes
  • Working capital management: Reduce the overdue invoices, bring initiatives to lower the AR Balance and have the correct bad debt provision for the AR balance


Hard Skills & Capabilities

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (achieved or close to be achieved)
  • Professional fluency English and Italian
  • Good command of MS office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Communication Skills: You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
