Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards this position will develop and manage compensation and benefits initiatives in Asia Pacific region to attract, motivate and retain employees.
What You Will Do

  • Completes external market research and analyses to understand Total Rewards trends, provide insights and recommendations to enhance current Total Rewards programs or potential new programs.
  • Administers Total Rewards programs, communicating with internal customers and partnering with external vendors.
  • Performs qualitative and quantitative research on total rewards related programs to support business and talent challenges.
  • Leads Total Rewards related projects, interacting with consultants and internal partners.
  • Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies with legislation


What You Have

  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. Ability to explain impact of interactions with individuals and groups.
  • Benefits Programs: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, issues and considerations; ability to design and implement benefits programs.
  • Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization. Implements compensation packages for an organization's employees.
  • Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans. Analyzes documentation and administration requirements.
  • Highly resourceful, meticulous, take initiatives, strong analytical, numerical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in compensation &/or benefits of Japan, Singapore, Indonesia or Vietnam is desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI &/or Power Automate is added advantage
  • Knowledge in either Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese language is added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
