Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test programs of Micron Managed NAND products to meet and fulfil product specification, device performance characterization, customer’s requirement and analysis of customer return.
• Design new test programs for new product/technology start-up which provides very important feedback for the appropriate groups responsible in refining the devices' quality and performance.
• Optimize test programs by applying more efficient and innovative way of testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost.
• Develop and release test programs to production in a timely manner.
• Enhance test coverage to ensure excellent outgoing quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Product/Equipment/Site/IE engineering departments to improve overall product yield, test time and cycle time in maximizing production throughput.
• Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.
• Assist process and production teams by providing necessary engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering
• Good programming, analytic and communication skills
• Knowledge of Unix, Perl, Python, C/Tester language
• Inclined in writing and debugging test programs
• Prior experience with NAND/MNAND testing will be an added advantage
