Working at Marvell is fun, exciting and lot of growth potential within the company. You will work closely with Test, hardware, Design and Firm ware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug products and solutions.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead and manage NPI activities, including engineering sample evaluation, product characterization reviews, qualification planning, and preparation for high‑volume production.

  • Collaborate with design, process technology, packaging, manufacturing, and DFT/DFM teams to ensure seamless silicon bring-up and product readiness.

  • Analyze wafer, parametric, reliability, and manufacturing data to characterize product behavior, identify trends, and drive data‑driven decisions.

  • Lead root‑cause investigations for yield, reliability, quality, and manufacturability issues; drive cross-functional closure to ensure robust corrective actions.

  • Define and refine product performance specifications, guard-bands, and manufacturing criteria across wafer sort, assembly, final manufacturing, and system-level qualification.

  • Support customer escalations and FA/RMA activities by providing product-level expertise, data interpretation, and issue resolution guidance.

  • Partner with quality, reliability, and operations teams to support product and package qualification, stress testing, and risk assessments.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency across the product lifecycle.

  • Work with DFT/DFM and design teams to ensure strong structural coverage and manufacturability in future product generations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, NPI engineering, yield engineering, or related functions.

  • Strong understanding of silicon manufacturing processes, DFT/DFM principles, product qualification flows, and high-volume production methodologies.

  • Experience supporting or driving NPI cycles, including early silicon evaluation, ramp readiness, and transition to high‑volume production.

  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, perform statistical evaluations, and translate results into actionable engineering recommendations.

  • Strong cross-functional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in driving engineering deliverables and resolving issues.

  • Highly detail‑oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
