As a member of our organization, you will be responsible for testing electronic components and making go/no-go decisions based on inspection results and test center findings. You will ensure that all testing processes are fully completed and that appropriate actions are taken to screen for part quality, counterfeit risks, and compliance with relevant standards. Additionally, you are expected to use all testing tools and equipment correctly, and to maintain them properly to ensure consistent accuracy and reliability.

What You Can Do for Us  

  • Perform detailed inspection and testing of electronic components in accordance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and IDEA-1010 counterfeit prevention standards.
  • Analyze and document test and inspection results and effectively communicate findings to the Quality team, Warehouse, and Commodity Managers.
  • Ensure proper disposition of components post-inspection, directing conforming parts to approved storage locations and quarantining non-conforming or suspect components.
  • Verify complete and proper execution of all quality procedures in alignment with quality and industry standards
  • Follow strict ESD handling procedures to safeguard sensitive components and maintain a contamination-free environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality processes and achieve the goal of zero defects.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements, workflow adjustments, and equipment upgrades to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. 

Who We’re Looking For 

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • to 3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Available to work overtime on weekends when necessary to support high-volume shipments.
  • A high-energy, smart, and persistent individual, driven to succeed and revolutionize an industry.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and inputs in a fast-moving environment.  
  • Proficient with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.).
