About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.

Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.

Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.

    • Achieve acquisition and referral activation KPIs through effective relationship management and conversion strategies.

Responsibilities:

    • Identify, engage, and onboard referral partners, including agents, corporate service providers, and incorporation intermediaries.
    • Negotiate and close referral agreements to expand the partner network.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to maximize referral activity and business growth.
    • Deliver compelling presentations on acquiring and banking solutions to prospective partners and merchants.
    • Drive merchant acquisition through referrals and direct business development efforts.
    • Collect market feedback and partner insights to support business improvements.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records of meetings, agreements, referrals, and sales activities.
    • Track performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion targets.
    • Continuously engage partners to ensure strong activation rates and sustained referral flow.

Requirements:

    • Previous experience in field sales.
    • Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation environments.
    • Experience working with brokers, agents, distributors, referral networks, or channel partners is highly advantageous.
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop business relationships quickly.
    • High resilience, self-motivation, and comfort operating in a target-driven environment.
    • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships while maintaining attention to detail.
