- Develop and execute regional partner strategies to grow Atlassian's presence in Spain, Portugal, and Israel.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while strengthening relationships with existing partners to maximize impact.
- Co-create and implement joint go-to-market plans in collaboration with internal teams and fellow Partner Managers.
- Drive partner-led marketing and sales initiatives to increase Atlassian product adoption and brand awareness.
- Manage a robust pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities and support partners in growing subscription sales.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop account plans and lead strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders at partner and customer organizations.
- Support partners in executing sales plays, migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives to ensure customer success.
- Coordinate customer activation, in-person events, and joint marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
Your background

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experienced in partner management and SaaS implementation, within the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and grow partner ecosystems.
- Skilled at building relationships with C-level executives and influencing key business decisions.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven collaborator, comfortable working across sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve shared goals.
- Willing and able to travel as needed to support partners and drive business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker and clear communicator, able to inspire action and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
