About the Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Associate Manager specializing in SAP Materials Management (MM) to lead and deliver SAP implementation and rollout programs. This role plays a critical part in helping organizations optimize procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes through SAP-enabled transformation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology professionals to drive successful project outcomes while supporting business process excellence and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects across multiple business functions and geographies.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP MM solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Configure and support SAP MM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Material Master Data, and Invoice Verification.

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design, test, and deploy integrated SAP solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and user acceptance testing activities.

• Support cutover planning, data migration validation, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.

• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM, including end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.

• Proven experience in SAP MM configuration and business process design.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and materials management processes.

• Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation programs and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Demonstrated project leadership experience with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
