Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of technology related tasks and working in an complex IT environment.
- Have worked on at least 2 projects with the full SDLC cycle.
- Have basic understanding on IT infrastructure and System Architecture.
Requirements:
- Have good understanding of Software engineer and project life cycle.
- Able to use his knowledge acquired through training and previous employment effectively on the assigned project.
- A good team player with good knowledge sharing and raising timely escalation to the project manager / leader.
- Good communication skills and reporting skills. Able to present to management on status reporting and task reporting.
Technical requirement
- Have 3 to 4 yrs of Experience in IT Security domain
- Well Versed in ITIL fundamentals and process. ITIL certification is added advantage
- 2 yrs working knowledge in any of the MF Product such as Archsight/Voltage secure data/ NetIQ
- Have 2 to 3 yrs of experience in programming either using JAVA or .Net
- Ability to automate using scripts – PowerShell, Perl, python, Unix shell and Java scripts
- Good knowledge on Devops is an added advantage.
- Having experience of working in an Agile framework.
- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, ensure quality of the deliverables.
Advantage if have.
- Good exposure and hands-on with Dockers, Kubernetes, containerized concepts.
- Good exposure in working on windows and Linux OS.
- Fundamental knowledge on AWS, Azure etc public clouds
- Demonstrated Experience on configuring ITSM especially Incident, Request, SACM, knowledge and Change.
- Developing custom apps and workflows, business Rules.
- Knowledge on configuring the End Points and defines Webservices.
- Strong knowledge on ITSM platform architecture both on Premises and Cloud.
- Have knowledge on Microfocus Operations Orchestration is an advantage
- Should have knowledge on Integrating with Flat files, LDAP or any third party applications
- Ability to automate using scripts – PowerShell, Perl, python, Unix shell and Java scripts
- Good knowledge on Devops is an added advantage.
- Having experience of working in an Agile framework.
- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, ensure quality of the deliverables.
