A Change Management Technologist at FAB 10 works with Change Management, Process Integration, Central Teams, Information Systems, Production and Area Engineering teams to maintain critical traveler and process control functions and systems used in the Fabrication areas. In this position, a team member creates, maintains, and manages traveler and process control system setup required to process lots in an automated fashion. In addition, working with Area Engineering group to ensure on-time, coordinated conversion setup and excursion prevention changes is typical.

  • Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Micron’s GeRM, Sigma, SPC and traveler systems
  • Define, implement, and enforce the use of worldwide standards for all of the responsibilities listed above
  • Be a contributing member in your areas of responsibilities
  • Document lessons learned and Fab business rules for process control systems
  • Coach end-users in the proper use of traveler and process control systems applications

Education

Other or equivalent experience

  • Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent
  • Related field of study

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people
  • Basic PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic to intermediate data extraction, analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated with a good work ethic and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities
  • Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on effective team dynamics
  • Be flexible to work any shift
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
