Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, sustain, and improve equipment and processes: Engage in recipe maintenance, tool recovery, and troubleshooting tool issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze and manage out-of-control events: Use established SPC rules to monitor, analyze, and act on tool qualification and product measurement discrepancies.
- Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform maintenance on assigned toolsets, applying your mechanical, electronic, and software skills to address equipment issues efficiently.
- Conduct tests and experiments on processes and equipment, meticulously detailing and analyzing data to drive improvements.
- Aid in the installation, relocation, and upgrades of tools, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Apply quality workmanship and detailed problem solving to improve tool availability and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using established check sheets and tracking programs, and perform routine reviews.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other areas and departments to resolve issues, supporting TPM and 6S activities.
- Keep Engineering Operations Engineers informed about tool and area issues, and communicate effectively with all personnel, including other shifts.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Relevant technical education or equivalent experience in an engineering or related field.
- Ability to perform work accurately and efficiently within a reasonable timeframe.
- Proven ability to systematically approach and resolve issues, improving tool uptime and process stability.
- Dedication to completing all required safety training and following safety protocols.
- Able to perform 12 hours shifts work (Day or Night).
