私たちは、Datadogの社内プロダクト・エキスパートです。テクニカル・ソリューション・チームは、潜在的な顧客を教育し、既存の顧客を満足させ、成功させることで、Datadogの世界的な成長を可能にしています。プレミアサポートエンジニア（PSE）は主に、データアドバタイズメントのテクニカル質問に関するテクニカル質問をサポートしています。PSE は標準技術サポートチャネルを介してデータアドバタイズするが、デモ/プレゼンテーション、およびプレゼンテーション、およびさまざまな側面プロジェクトに関与しています。データアドバタイズのプレミアと直接仕事をし、お客様のデータを直接的に活用することもできますが、すぐにデータをご利用いただけます。

業務内容
- 迅速な対応チームで、お客様の要望（電話/チャット/チケット）に対応すると同時に、プラットフォームの- 使用方法についてお客様に継続的に教育します。
- お客様との関係を構築し、お客様固有の環境を正確に把握するために協力します。
- 問題を再現し、Datadogが連携する600以上の統合について詳しく説明します。
- さまざまなテクノロジに関するドキュメントおよびナレッジベースの記事を作成します。
- クライアントとのやり取りの中で学習したニーズと問題に基づいて、製品の会話を促進します。
- プレミアページのお客様との定期的なヘルスチェックミーティングに参加します。
- 週3~5日、データドッグオフィス勤務
求める経験・スキル
- SaaS企業でマルチチャネルテクニカルサポートを経験しています。（関連する経験は2年以上あります）
- プログラミングの経験があり、Linuxの基本的な知識を持つティンカーです。
- 自己動機があり、細かいことに注意を払い、継続的な学習を望んでいます。
- クライアント中心のアプローチをデフォルトに設定しているクリティカルな思考者です。
- 意思決定者ですが、いつ意思決定をエスカレーションすべきかを知っています。
- Premium/Enterpriseのテクニカルサポートの役割を経験したことがあります。
- 現在のインフラストラクチャと監視ソリューションとテクノロジーに精通しています。
- 週末の可用性を必要とするローテーションスケジュールを実行できます。
