Job Title: Technical Solution lead - Salesforce

Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Consultant with 4-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, leveraging declarative tools, custom development, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Proven experience (4-10 years) in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization across different Salesforce clouds. Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and integration techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Associate in Software Testing
  • Certified Software Quality Analyst
  • Certified Test Engineer

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.
