DESCRIPTION:
Leading a team of technical sales specialists, you will be expected to support strategic growth initiatives, product sales strategies for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Bioscience Division in Southeast Asia. 

 

In this role, a successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Field Application, Market development and Customer Support. You will provide technical leadership, portfolio  and execute against in market product sales strategies. 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters or higher qualification in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field 

  • 8+ years of product sales experience in life sciences, biotech, or relevant scientific industries

  • Strong technical expertise in relevant product portfolios and applications

  • Excellence in strategic portofolio planning, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience working effectively in collaborative organizations

  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining customer relationships at all levels

  • Available for up to 50% travel within assigned territory

  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills may be advantageous. 

  • Demonstrated commitment to Thermo Fisher's core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

Preferred 

  • 2+ years of demonstrated people management / team leadership experience.

  • Exposure to capital equipment sales.
