Leads business development and relationship to support pipeline building in partnership with our customers. Leverage relationships to bring distinctive insights and innovations to expand our opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
• Contribute to the company's business advisory and development strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage a team of business development professionals, offering guidance and support to drive success.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, working to understand evolving client needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive market expansion.
• Leverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing strategic input.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
• Proficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends
• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
