We are hiring a temporary part-time Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for several roles within software testing for the APAC region. You would report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, who is based in the US, and work with Testlio's Delivery team, who are based throughout EMEA & AMER regions, to recruit and hire for various roles within software testing. As a Technical Recruiter, you would focus on pipeline management, lead generation, initial interviews, assessment reviews, candidate management, and support for hiring managers.

What would your day look like?

  • Support the recruitment team by developing talent pipelines for Software Testing roles and sourcing potential candidates across APAC. 
  • Contact passive candidates on social media and professional sites (like LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) and compose and send recruiting emails. 
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and conduct screening calls 
  • Communicate with past candidates for new roles and keep them up to date on potential roles that might be a fit.
  • Support Hiring Managers in reviewing candidates and determining the next steps.
  • Support candidates by offering updates and answering questions.
  • Support Hiring Managers with daily and weekly updates.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and move candidates through their interview process.
  • Be a fundamental part of the recruitment process and help us create excellent candidate experiences.

What you need to succeed?

  • Technical Skills
    • At least 1+ years of experience in tech sourcing in the APAC region. 
    • At least 3+ years of experience in Software Testing recruitment.
    • Knowledge of Boolean search, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools. 
    • Familiarity with scheduling online interviews/screening calls and providing feedback.
    • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Human Skills
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
    • Efficient time-management and organizational skills.
    • Collaborative spirit and eagerness to work within a global team.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. 
    • Comfortable working 100% remotely and across multiple regions and time zones.
    • Strong self-management skills to work asynchronously with peers and hiring managers.
