You will play an active part in collecting requirements, setting up deliverables, reporting progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and working with various functions to deliver success. You will partner with various product and engineering counterparts to determine available options, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute against the roadmap.
This job involves managing multiple stakeholders and accommodating teams dispersed across multiple time zones.

Major areas of responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sr. TPM to drive the program to modernize the Infrastructure Lifecycle in conjunction with the Oracle ERP implementation. A key focus of this Infrastructure Lifecycle modernization will be on driving process and solution evolution both within the new ERP system and across existing or newly defined datacenter infrastructure tooling. This modernization program is a critical effort in delivering on Cloudflare's scale aspirations. This position bridges the gap between technical engineering teams, business stakeholders, and Oracle services to ensure that the different phases of the project are completed.

- Program leadership: Define and lead large-scale, cross-functional programs for Infrastructure adoption of the Oracle ERP implementation and migration.
- Project planning: Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and schedules that cover the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and handover.
- Infrastructure management: Coordinate the build-out, provisioning, and optimization of datacenter infrastructure (servers, network, storage) required new or existing Infrastructure Lifecycle systems and their linkages to the Oracle ERP..
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between engineering, operations, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication in the Infrastructure space.
- Risk and issue management: Proactively identify and manage technical and business risks, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Performance and reporting: Monitor project progress against established KPIs and provide regular status updates and executive briefings to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve and streamline operational processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change management: Lead change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications and skills:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is typically required.
- Experience: Extensive experience (e.g.,10+ years) in technical program management, with a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally involving Oracle ERP.
- Technical expertise:
- Deep understanding of datacenter design, construction, and operations needs of Cloudflare.
- Experience with Oracle ERP applications
- Familiarity with networking, storage, and server hardware.
