We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to be a core part of our product team. You will be instrumental in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scaling. This role requires a strong technical background and a proven track record of building and scaling applications from the ground up. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and clients, particularly within the legal sector, to ensure features are technically sound, meet user needs, and drive business growth. The position reports directly to Say, our Head of Product.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Product Strategy & Development:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and discovery through to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to define product scope, technical requirements, and long-term strategy.
- Oversee the development of both new applications from scratch and the scaling of existing products to support a growing user base.
- Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and clients (law firms), translating client needs into clear technical requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project status and key metrics to the Head of Product and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight:
- Develop and implement technical checklists and acceptance criteria to ensure features are built to the highest quality and performance standards.
- Conduct technical validation and testing to ensure products meet all specified requirements and are ready for deployment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of product architecture, technical specifications, and development progress.
RequirementsEducational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical product management or a similar role within the software development industry.
- Proven experience building a software application from scratch and scaling it to support a significant user base.
- Experience working with clients in the legal sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp).
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong technical background with the ability to discuss architectural trade-offs, scalability, and performance with engineers.
- Familiarity with back-end and front-end technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in a technical context.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reports directly to Say, Head of Product.
- Collaborates closely with engineers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Salary range is Rs.600,000/ - Rs. 1,000,000/ per month, paid in GBP, dependant on experience.
