What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps that align with the broader company vision. Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing market demand, technology feasibility, and strategic goals.
  • Lead Development Cycles: Oversee the full product development life cycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration. Ensure timely delivery by working closely with engineering teams to remove roadblocks and optimize workflows.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Engage deeply in technical discussions with engineering teams. Influence architecture decisions and align product needs with scalable and innovative technical solutions.
  • Market and User Insights: Gather and analyze user feedback, competitor products, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, business development, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless user experiences.
  • Bridge Business and Tech: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while also conveying business requirements clearly to engineering teams.

What You Bring:

  • Operational Leadership: Proven track record of driving product initiatives with a blend of technical understanding and strategic vision. Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in high-paced environments.
  • Communication Skills: Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
  • Complex Systems Thinking: Strong analytical skills to dissect and understand intricate systems. Comfortable managing a complex product that involves high-performance technology, blockchain and financial derivatives
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of ANY one of these domains: Blockchains, Derivatives, Trading and Risk Management.
  • Crypto Passion: Deep interest in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space, with a strong desire to stay ahead of trends and drive innovation in this rapidly evolving ecosystem.
