We are looking for a talented and proactive Technical Product Manager with an experience in Payment Domain to join the team running a payment service for all IDT divisions.

The service is called IDTPay. It supports all card and bank payments of B2B and B2C services and company applications with a hundreds of millions of dollars turnover.

IDT Pay is PCI compliant. It works with various payment processors such as Stripe and AWP, as well other payment systems and directly with banks in the USA. And this is not the limit!

We are looking for a person who'll play a major role in technical and business development for the product. Your tasks in this role will include leading and expansion functionality and payment methods, support, improvements, and representing the team.

At IDT you will:

  • Help the business stakeholders to define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the services.
  • Keep active communication between all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
  • Gain an understanding of customer experience and needs, identify and fill service gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience.
  • Translate services strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Own delivery of features and enhancements within Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Team up with engineering to refine acceptance criteria and negotiate delivery.
  • Enforce appropriate cross-team collaboration within a value stream.
  • Own the roadmap, prioritize build efforts, and manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Vendors or service providers analysis, communication during POC phase and then about using new features or issues met.
  • Align all non-engineering stakeholders on product releases.
  • Promote a professional working environment that encourages collaborative software development methodologies and utilizes current trends and best practices.

We expect you to have:

  • 5 years of work experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Technical Project/Product Manager.
  • Experience in the development systems.
  • Experience in the Payments domain.
  • Independence and proactivity, the ability to get things done without an external push.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good English level – B2 or higher.
