JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Product Development
- Assist in defining and refining product requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research on emerging broadband technologies and evolving user needs.
Quality Assurance
- Support hardware and software validation activities for broadband devices.
- Track, document, and monitor bugs or issues identified during development and testing phases.
Go-To-Market Preparation
- Contribute to planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Assist in preparing product documentation including specifications, user manuals, installation guides, and FAQs.
- Help coordinate and deliver training sessions for internal teams such as installers, customer service, and sales & marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication/Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Passionate about new technology, broadband products, and product innovation.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle.
- Familiarity of Agile or Scrum tools (e.g. Jira) is an advantage.
