JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Technical Standards & Documentation 

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s standard detail drawings, BIM content libraries, and technical specifications.  

  • Review and validate technical drawings and BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project, authority, and regulatory requirements.  

  • Establish best practices for detailing standards and digital documentation workflows.  

BIM, ISO & CORENET Compliance 

  • Develop, implement, and monitor  documentation  and BIM workflows in accordance with ISO standards, including ISO 19650, ISO 9001 etc 

  • Support digital submission processes via CORENET (e-Submission, BIM submission where applicable), ensuring models meet authority requirements. 

  • Ensure all project teams adhere to BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming conventions, classification systems, and data management protocols.  

  • Conduct periodic audits of BIM models and documentation to maintain compliance and quality.  

  • Organise and conduct site visits to projects construction sites for site learning.  

  • Provide feedback to improve detailing standards based on site observations and lessons learned.

Team Leadership & Mentorship 

  • Guide and mentor junior technical staff on drafting standards, BIM workflows, and submission requirements.  

  • Conduct internal training sessions to upskill team members in BIM tools, CORENET processes, and technical coordination.  

  • Support capability development within the team to enhance overall technical competency.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.  

  • Minimum 6–9 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, detailing, and BIM implementation.  

  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and building systems.  

  • Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).  

  • Familiarity with BIM standards and ISO-aligned workflows (especially ISO 19650).  

  • Hands-on experience with CORENET submissions and understanding of authority requirements (BCA, URA, SCDF).  

  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects is an advantage.
