Job Scope:
- Deliver optimised, scalable and maintainable end-to-end software systems.
- Design and implement both frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth integration through well-defined APIs and business logic.
- Develop and enhance web applications to meet business and technical requirements.
- Conduct system design at feature level, covering application, database, and infrastructure aspects.
- Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Apply automation tools for build, deployment, and configuration management.
- Maintain adherence to enterprise security standards and best practices.
- Identify and recommend improvements to system design, performance, and maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software or full-stack development, with at least 2 years in technical leadership or lead developer role.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or C#.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, GraphQL, RESTful API development.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gitlab).
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP principles.
- Exposure to automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud/on-premise monitoring tools.
