Supervise service providers and ensure works are properly and safely executed and delivered on time.

About the Job:

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot building services failure.
  • Supervise, plan and organise the contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance and their work routine check and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Source, negotiate and follow up with Contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications.
  • Preparation of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site.

About you:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant specializations
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar property type with proven management ability.
