Job Description

Role: Technical Analyst - SAS

Description

· Business analysis, Techinical Analyst and development of changes to ERM.

· The implementation and support of vendor systems components

· Level 3- Production Support"

· 6 to 8 years of development experience and a minimum of 3 to 4 years of business analysis experience

· Business Knowledge in Banking Background, Specifically in Risk Management and/or Treasury

· Understanding of Treasury Products including derivative products.

· Understanding of the business areas of Intererst Rate Risk Management and Liquidity Risk Management.

· Technical Skills Unix/ Linux OS, Unix/ Linux Scripting, Unix/ Linux Infra knowledge, Visual Basic Programming, Advanced Excel Macros

· Candidate must be able to apply good working knowledge of project procedures, work flows, and milestones in order to complete projects assigned.

· Knowledge of SAS tools & background in SAS development, including Base SAS, EG, RD, DI.

· Base SAS and Advanced SAS ceritification

· Responsible to ERM application development, implementation and support of SIT/UAT testing, including:

· Gather and analyze requirements

· Involved in design and development stage

· Involved in unit testing as well as system integrated testing

· Provide production and UAT/SIT support

· Plan, prepare, and execute system rollout and implementations

· 6 to 8 yr hands on experience in SAS and Unix/ Linux Shell programming.

· Working experience on Linux platform is preferred.

· Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product & setup is an added advantage

· Bank domain or financial institute working experience and familiar with SDLC process and change management tools, e.g. IBM CLEARCASE
