About the team & role
We’re forming a brand-new Technical Account Management team with one clear mission: deliver best-in-class technical support to our most important institutional customers — including some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted technical partner to our clients, guiding them through onboarding, integrations, and live trading. You’ll work across product, engineering, and support teams to ensure our clients get fast, precise solutions to their toughest problems.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who understands crypto, knows how trading systems work, and thrives in a technical customer-facing environment.
What you'll do
- Lead technical onboarding of new institutional clients — helping them integrate with our APIs, configure their setup, and get ready to trade.
- Provide white-glove support to key accounts, acting as their go-to technical contact.
- Debug complex issues by analyzing logs, checking metrics, replicating bugs in staging environments, and escalating to engineering when needed.
- Proactively understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive fast resolutions and long-term improvements. - Build relationships with technical stakeholders inside some of the largest institutions in global finance.
What you bring
- Prior experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role supporting institutional clients in fintech, crypto, trading or similar industries.
- Strong technical background — you don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable with APIs, logs, infrastructure basics, and debugging tools.
- Solid understanding of crypto markets, trading systems, and financial infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.
- Calm under pressure and driven by solving real-world problems with urgency and precision.
- Self-starter mindset — eager to help shape a new team from the ground up.
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with FIX protocol, REST/WebSocket APIs, and trading platforms.
- Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced exchange or trading technology company.
- Experience working with highly regulated institutions or crypto-native firms.
- Crypto-savvy or at least crypto-curious — you follow the space, use the products, or are eager to learn more.
