Opportunity
We’re looking for a Tech Partner Sales Account Manager to accelerate Adobe’s growth across our most important cloud and technology partners. This role focuses on deepening our partnerships with Hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS) and strategic technology partners including Amadeus, OneTrust, and Amdocs.
You’ll work across Adobe’s field teams and partner organizations to build joint go-to-market motions, create customer value, and drive incremental ARR. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role with visibility across Adobe’s business.
What You’ll Do
Lead partner engagement for assigned Hyperscaler subsidiaries and key strategic tech partners across Southeast Asia and Korea
Build strong relationships with partner sellers and Adobe field teams to accelerate co-sell motions.
Translate partner strategy into executable regional plans that deliver customer impact and incremental bookings.
Develop clear, differentiated joint value propositions with Hyperscalers and strategic tech partners.
Drive marketplace programs and cloud partner motions for Adobe solutions.
Support opportunity development and deal progression as part of Adobe’s field sales process.
Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate and scale Adobe’s partnerships across the region.
Maintain visibility into pipeline, field insights, and market opportunities to guide partner strategy.
Represent Adobe as an in-region evangelist for our partner ecosystem!
What You Bring
8+ years in enterprise sales, partner sales, or ecosystem development.
Experience working with Hyperscalers or enterprise technology partners in co-sell or GTM motions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive aligned outcomes.
Strong communication skills with comfort engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize, execute, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Track record of building, operationalizing, and scaling partner programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Background in SaaS, cloud, or marketing/experience technology a plus.
