Job Description:

Position Summary

The Team Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of support to the department, completing word/information assignments, maintaining various programs initiated by the department and projecting a favourable image for TD Bank in all interactions.  This position reports directly to the Director, Marketing & Regional Business Development Asia-Pacific

Duties and Accountabilities

Provide a high level of administrative support to the department by:

  • Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties for the assigned team(s) and ensuring the smooth operation of the duties assigned.

  • Coordinating travel arrangements that meets the Bank's travel policy and requirements.

  • Scheduling and coordinating with internal and external parties on visits and presentations.

  • Completing assignments accurately and confidentially within the required deadlines and conducting appropriate follow-up.

  • Processing expense reports and managing reconciliation, in accordance with the Bank’s policy.

  • Support marketing team with internal and external events.

  • Supporting and facilitating projects initiated by the bank's business lines.

  • Effectively communicating with other employees and fostering strong teamwork among peers.

  • Support marketing team with internal and external events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of equivalent work experience supporting teams/departments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills in English for regional collaboration.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • University degree preferred.

  • Experience in managing an office for an international company is a plus.
