About the Role

The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in supporting our high-volume recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for a variety of roles across CoreWeave. You’ll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to build strategic talent pipelines, deliver high-signal shortlists, and help ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through handoff to the recruiter.

This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role where you’ll combine research, market insights, and outbound sourcing to keep our most critical pipelines healthy and our hiring teams ahead of demand.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand business priorities, define ideal candidate profiles, and translate intake conversations and job descriptions into clear, executable sourcing strategies.
  • Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for priority roles (technical, non-technical, or both, depending on team), continually refreshing and nurturing prospects to stay ahead of future headcount needs.
  • Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem projects, networking, referrals, and market research, tailoring outreach to CoreWeave’s value proposition and each candidate’s background.
  • Qualify candidates for role and level fit via resume review and high-signal screening questions, then deliver calibrated, well-documented shortlists to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Tell the CoreWeave story in a compelling, candidate-centric way, clearly communicating our products, teams, and opportunities while setting expectations around role scope, level, interview process, and compensation bands.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Coordinators to ensure smooth handoffs, timely scheduling, and a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate you touch.
  • Use data to drive decisions, tracking response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, and sharing market feedback and competitive insights with Talent Acquisition and business partners.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS and sourcing tools, including structured notes, tags, and status updates, to enable reporting, compliance, and future re-engagement.
  • Contribute to sourcing best practices and playbooks, including messaging templates, talent maps, and calibration examples, and share learnings with the broader Talent team.
  • Support special projects as needed, such as talent mapping for new markets, event-based sourcing, or standing up pipelines for new teams or locations.
Who You Are
  • Experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter working on high-volume or hard-to-fill roles, ideally within technology, data centers, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven ability to build and manage outbound pipelines, including researching target companies, titles, and markets, and iterating based on feedback from the hiring team.
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ATS/CRM platforms to organize searches, track outreach, and report on progress.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can quickly tailor outreach to different personas and clearly articulate CoreWeave’s mission and opportunities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders at once while keeping pipelines moving and data clean.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment where processes are evolving and speed matters.
Preferred
  • Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., data center operations, infrastructure engineering, GPU/cloud, or similar) in addition to non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, and internal enablement tools such as Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Background supporting new site launches, large-scale hiring initiatives, or hyper-growth environments where priorities shift quickly and pipelines need to be built from the ground up.
