About the Role

As the Talent Management Lead, you will lead the talent management and learning & development initiatives. You will craft learning strategies to build organizational capability, plan and effectively deliver training, workshops, and other learning forums centered around our strategic pillars of Manager Capability and Organizational Values. You will also help develop our talent management strategies to ensure we retain and grow top talent in the organization. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead Talent Management and Development globally.
  • Craft L&D Vision and Strategy that aligns with organizational goals and learning needs.
  • Develop talent review and performance management framework. Design and roll-put training and development initiatives.
  • Oversee career development practices, including career progression frameworks, promoting career conversations and coaching.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of learning needs based on performance and engagement data, and through discussions with C-level leaders.
  • Develop an annual learning roadmap/calendar that aligns with the overall strategy and addresses the identified learning needs.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning forums across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid.
  • Assess the short-term and long-term impact of learning programs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Oversee L&D budgets and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Provide guidance to cluster and department heads on planning and implementing their specific learning needs.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field by conducting regular research, attending external seminars, conferences, and relevant courses.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or organizational development roles, preferably in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling the learning & development function in a dynamic organization
  • Experience in creating and executing leadership development programs
  • Familiarity with using data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively articulate ideas to stakeholders
