Your Impact

As the Talent Development & Performance Manager in our People & Culture team, you will lead the design and delivery of talent, learning, and organisational development initiatives that build capability and support business growth across APAC.

This role is central to advancing leadership development, performance practices, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), ensuring scalable, inclusive, and high-impact solutions. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development & Performance, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the region.

What you'll do

Learning & Talent Development

  • Design and deliver impactful learning strategies aligned to business priorities and enterprise skills.
  • Lead end-to-end development programs, including leadership, technical, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement scalable, data-driven learning solutions.
  • Embed career and skills frameworks to support growth, mobility, and succession planning.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve ROI and outcomes.

Organisational Development & Performance

  • Evolve and embed performance management practices that foster a culture of feedback, accountability, and high performance.
  • Lead performance cycles and support alignment with organisational goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Drive organisational development initiatives that enable business transformation and growth.

Leadership & Next Generation Development

  • Deliver leadership development programs and support high-potential talent readiness.
  • Build and enhance early career and Next Gen talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and tailored programs.

Learning Enablement & Systems

  • Support learning technologies (e.g. LMS, LinkedIn Learning) to enhance accessibility and adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability of learning processes.
  • Partner with data teams to provide insights that inform decision-making.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Lead and evolve DEI initiatives aligned to business and regional priorities.
  • Foster inclusive practices across talent, leadership, and organisational development.
  • Support employee resource groups (ERGs), partnerships, and DEI reporting and benchmarking.
  • Embed cross-cultural awareness and inclusive capability building across the organisation.

Employee Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, onboarding, and recognition programs.
  • Enhance employee experience through continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in a senior advisory or management role, delivering measurable business impact across APAC.
  • Strong expertise in learning and organisational development, including talent programs, skills frameworks, performance management, and DEI.
  • Deep knowledge of modern L&D practices, learning strategies, and learning technologies (e.g. LMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate change with curiosity, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting capability.
  • Experience in global or complex organisations; exposure to high-growth or start-up environments is advantageous.
