As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our recruiting efforts and building a strong pipeline of top talent across various functions. What you'll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive relationship management.
  • Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing channels.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, professional networks, and internal systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and team members.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, SLAs, and pipeline activity.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities across various platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and implement best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and an engaging recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on special projects, such as career fair planning, diversity hiring initiatives, and process optimizations.
  • Utilize tools such as Greenhouse, Slack, Google Suite, and, where applicable, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.

Who you are

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience working in an ATS, such as Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, a strong presence on LinkedIn, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and standards, with the ability to effectively multitask and stay organized while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • A self-starter with high ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Resilient and able to bounce back quickly when things don'tdont go as planned or you are up against a difficult outcome.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

$50,000$60,000 USD
