We are looking for a talented Recruiter to support our continued global expansion.
This role will primarily focus on hiring for Business / Commercial functions, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers across relevant teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for business-facing roles and a solid background in Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries.
Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent, while building strong partnerships with stakeholders and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. The candidate does not need to be based in the indicated location and may be located anywhere across APAC time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation
- Primarily support hiring needs across Business / Commercial BUs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding
- Drive hiring process improvements and contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and documentation
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Support hiring plans with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring timely delivery against business priorities
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in top-tier Internet companies, Fintech companies, Financial Services firms, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies
- Proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions
- Experience recruiting within Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries is highly preferred
- Experience in Web3 / Crypto hiring is a plus
- Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with overseas stakeholders and partners; additional languages are a plus
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
- Experience in market mapping across regional or global markets
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against ambitious hiring targets
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with a high level of ownership
- Positive attitude toward the crypto industry
