Overview

The Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's scalability by sourcing exceptional talent globally. We serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, collaborating closely with all business departments to meet strategic hiring goals.

This position is ideal for those with a couple of years of experience within a recruitment agency and who are passionate about people and seek exposure that extends beyond just recruitment. The Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist will be directly responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with top-tier passive talent. This involves crafting sophisticated sourcing strategies, conducting thorough market mapping, and identifying candidates across diverse global functions.

A core responsibility of this role is managing the end-to-end recruitment journey to ensure a timely and exceptional candidate experience. In addition to recruitment, you will support the successful onboarding journey of new hires and assist with general People Operations duties. This provides unique exposure to global recruitment, People Operations, and active participation in employee engagement events, allowing you to significantly contribute to our positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and proactively reach out to top-tier talent using innovative recruitment methods.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping within the Crypto, Web3, and Finance industries to maintain a competitive edge and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Conduct initial screening and qualifying calls with potential candidates to assess technical skills and alignment with company values.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing superb customer service and delivering appropriate, timely responses throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Manage all recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate management, and maintaining trackers to ensure a seamless process for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy across the recruitment lifecycle by creating new requisitions on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), organizing supporting documentation, and proactively maintaining accurate data and statistics reporting.
  • Promote and support diversity efforts by ensuring an inclusive work environment and actively recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist in People Operations including but not limited to, new hire onboarding support (coordinating pre-employment paperwork, running HR orientations, assigning training, conducting background checks), and maintaining accurate employee records on the HRIS.
  • Assist and coordinate staff events to foster employee engagement and build a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Have 1-2 years of experience working within a search firm or staffing agency as a Sourcer, Researcher, or Recruiter.
  • Enthusiastic and effective communicator with demonstrated success in crafting cold outbound messaging and executing candidate nurturing campaigns. Possesses a deep passion for cultivating professional relationships.
  • Exceptional detail-oriented mindset with a proven track record of strong follow-through skills and the ability to maintain confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and Google Suite.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a cross-regional, team-based environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional language(s) is advantageous.
