The Talent Acquisition Manager will establish recruitment strategies for Tech positions, streamline hiring processes, and partner with hiring managers. They will execute hiring projects and apply data-driven recruitment techniques to plan effectively based on business insights.
Responsibilities
- 하이퍼커넥트 Tech 직군 채용 및 채용전략 수립 (다양한 채널 발굴, 인재풀 구축 포함)
- 채용 프로세스 운영 및 효율화
- Hiring Manager들과의 파트너십 구축
- Hiring planning, forecasting, budgeting에 대한 이해 및 운영
- 그 외 채용 관련 프로젝트 실행
Requirements
- 외국계 회사에서의 채용 경력 4년 내외 (Tech 채용 경험 우대)
- 데이터 기반 채용 경험 보유 - data를 해석하고 활용할 수 있는 역량 필수
- 회사의 비지니스 방향성과 상황을 이해하고, 이에 기반해 채용을 계획하고 실행한 경험
- 컨텍스트를 파악하고, 문제를 발견하며, 이를 다양한 관점에서 분석해 해결책을 제안할 수 있는 능력
- 다양한 이해관계자들과의 협업 능력
- 빠른 학습 능력
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능
Hiring Process
- 고용 형태: 정규직
