As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be communicating with experienced traders and developers to understand team dynamics and talent requirements. You will also be responsible and contribute to the branding of Quantbox through but not limited to initiatives such as campus recruitment and representation to agencies.
Quantbox encourages candidates with related experience in talent acquisition and hiring to apply. Additional requirements include:
- Deep understanding of HF trading
- Previous work experience in high frequency trading firms of at least 5 years
- Desire to work in a small collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills
- Robust independence and ownership attributes
